Record-end options shouldn't be a pop-up but be embedded in a panel #93

Change the recording options popup use in the exercise module. It should be a 
panel beside the videoplayer with other options based on the current state and 
the user should be able to go wherever he/she wants even if the recording is 
not canceled/discarded
