Consider packaging a collection of rooms into a level class which can be loaded
and unloaded from the room manager. The bar/hub area will be its own level,
from which a player can access a menu to either explore a generated level or
load an edited level. Levels could be exported to a file for continuation at a
later date or modification in the level editor.
A level should have a default starting location and room for the player and be
able to accept an override. Levels could have transitions to other levels,
which may place the player in different locations.
