NPC not using the steering lines #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Jump skydiving mission
2. NPC lost control of his body after jump
3. NPC pulls on 700m and not using the steering lines.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expeted NPC using steering lines =)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BASe Extreme v0.2

In which mission happens this?
(Perhaps the NPC knocked himself out during opening? ;-) )

Skydive missions on home loaction. NPC jumps from airplane. He not using 
steering lines because he not grab it =)
Bamser - is me
Bangser - NPC, he is using steering lines
Perseus - did not grab steering lines. He do nothing, just fly forward and not 
controls the parachute.
