device state on log info #207

I would like to see the device state info on the history log that shows when 
the percentage drop at the associated time. If possible it would be nice for it 
to show if the screen is on when it changes percentage or if phone is in a 
call. This would be useful in determining what is causing the battery to 
discharge.
