Feature Request: When duplicate albums are found, present bitrate data to user #393

I have some duplicate albums in my collection, and they are typically different 
bitrates. When beets finds a duplicate album, it would be nice if it presented 
the average bitrate of each copy so I can decide to keep the highest bitrate 
copy (this could even be a setting in .beetsconfig for use when in quiet mode). 
Also, it would be nice if it presented the encoder used if it's in the tags, 
since I'd much rather have the LAME encoded copy than the one that was ripped 
in iTunes.

Presenting this information is a good idea. It's subsumed by the "automatic 
trumping" ticket, #341.
