scrub: remove Lyrics3v2 and other unsupported tags #428

As mentioned in http://code.google.com/p/beets/issues/detail?id=427 the scrub 
plugin currently is not able to remove obscure or deprecated tag formats like 
Lyrics3v2 as they are not supported by the mutagen library.

I should note that Lyrics3v2 support in Mutagen was closed as "wontfix":
http://code.google.com/p/mutagen/issues/detail?id=73
so if this issue is to be resolved in beets, we'll need to write our own binary 
detector and remover.
