plugins .beetsconfig syntax doesn't match config file documentation elsewhere #438

I reported this so I could offer a simple changeset[0] to get use to google 
code. I am not sure how to go about offering you changes from my repo ala 
github. Obviously this is a trivial change, but I am trying to get set up to 
contribute.

Aha; this is a little bit confusing, but either syntax is actually acceptable 
(i.e., both : and = will work). And the config file syntax is set to change 
very soon anyway -- at this point, I'll be revising all these example snippets 
everywhere in the documentation.
