Batch import problems #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I am importing a set of records for a specific person (i.e. I'm going to
that person's profile and clicking add works).
2. The import seems to happen fine - I get an email that it's ready to be
reviewed.
3. When I click the link to review I receive an error screen. 
4. The works, however, are going through - I can verify contributorships
off of the admin screen or off the person profile.

This is also not happening consistently. I'm attaching two refworks xml
files - koelkebeck.xml worked for me, but Krisher.xml did not.

I would expect that I would be able to review a batch and accept a batch.

This has been partially fixed. It needs to be retested and verified.
