Add a "Powered by BibApp" to footer by default.

I've noticed neither of the current Live Installs listed on the bibapp.org
website even mention or link back to BibApp:
http://bibapp.org/about/

I wonder if it'd be worth adding a small "Powered by BibApp" in the bottom
right corner of the default footer to link back to http://bibapp.org

That might help us to "track" at a minimal level who has installed and is
using BibApp out there on the web (WordPress will provide us with some
minimal info on who is linking to bibapp.org).  Plus, it also gives us an
extra level of advertisement when people start using various instances out
there on the web.
