Batch upload of people / groups #153

Describe requested feature:

It would be useful to be able to batch upload a group of people. For
example, if you could identify all of the faculty in a department via LDAP
would it be possible to upload the base contact information for them and
the pen names based on their directory name.

Describe why feature would be valuable for BibApp:

This would facilitate quick uploads of at least stub records for departments.
