Describe requested feature:
1. Add support in LDAP configuration for multiple directories
2. Add support to search across multiple directories when adding People.
3. Add support for selecting a directory to search when adding a People.
Maybe this shouldn't be a concern of Bibapp's, but should be done with
Shibboleth instead?
Describe why feature would be valuable for BibApp:
For institutions that have multiple campuses and directories, but want to
have a single Bibapp install. For example, our medical school campuses have
separate identity vaults from our main campus, but we want to show
collaboration and groups that span across campuses.
