Groups facet in search and Groups listing on search page display hidden groups #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put a person in a group and hide the group
2. Go to the search page and execute a search that should return results that 
include that person's works
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to not ever see hidden groups. The group shows up in the facets list on 
the left and in the Groups list at the top of the page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
