For wholesale buyers we need to offer a facility for large qunatity discounting.

The specific mechanism to achieve this needs to be discussed.

e.g. is it an extension on the existing advances shipping model (but for unit 
price) or is is via special promo/discounts codes or some otehr mechanism?
