Defects in Login & Rego page (Cart Login, section 4.14 in spec) coming from the 
Delivery Info page:

1. Error messages for Email and Password validations should be in orange

2. If you generate an error message at top of page such as "Add Order Failed" 
(done by doing an incorrect login), the Shopping baskets heading and progress 
bar are pushed down and overlap the fields below
