Edit Producer - Click and Send Registration button - window control

Following on from issue 392...

On the Edit Producer page (merchant and admin views) I have re-tested the Click 
and Send button functionality (with Click and Send Integration Flag = NO) and I 
have a further clarification for the window control.

When clicking on the "Register with Click and Send" button:

If Click and Send Integration Flag = YES then Click and Send page (via the API 
call) will open in the SAME browser window.

If Click and Send Integration Flag = NO then Click and Send page (via simple 
URL) will open in a NEW browser window.
