General - filter panel and sort bar #433

The heading "Filter results" on the filter panel and the "Sort by", "Show" and 
"Displaying x of y" should line up horizontally and have the same look & feel.

If currently we're using the same font on the dropdown headers (e.g. Tags) as 
the headings on the sort bar, then maybe we need to match the sort bar text to 
the "Filter results" text.

This should be fixed for all list pages with the filter panel & sort bar.

the only difference is one is bold and the other is not.

they are both arial 12px

I remember we tried not bold on "filter results" but quickly reverted it.

Oh you mean the words should be on the same line horizontally... a change has 
been committed, please review.

Yes, that green line in your image should be at the base of the words so they 
align horizontally.
