Due to various changes made to the functionality of the site, the text of the 
email sent to producers on acceptance of their application needs to be amended.

Please refer to attached document for the amended text (changes highlighted in 
yellow).

Fix made as per request, but checking with Mon now about no longer having the 
line:

Access to your [store name] stall is also available via your own unique web 
address http://test.farmhousedirect.com.au/[shopname]
