Manage my stall - go live item #443

The "I'm ready to go live" item on the Manage My Stall page looks out of place.

Please move to bottom of list with the heading of "Go Live".

This heading and the item should disappear once the producer has gone live.

To confirm: the button stays in the same location - so as to match the sequence 
of activities for the producer.  

What we need is the heading of "Go Live" to also appear/disappear with the 
button.

The URL of the page is for the Manage My Stall, which is 
http://test.farmhousedirect.com.au/merchants/manage/[storename]
