Manage my stall - alerts

The alerts on the manage My Stall page should not display if there are no 
relevant alerts.

i.e. 
If there are no products out of stock then the message should not display.
If there are no orders to be shipped then the message should not display.

This appears to be a duplicate of the one I raised (440) so I'll close the 
other one seeing as this one's ready to test.
