Producer and Producer Product pages - filtering #451

Once we have the Producer Detail and Producer Product List pages current design 
'locked down' we will look to either (1) re-include the standard product list 
display with the left habnd side filter or (2) look to implement a varied tag 
filter as part of the sort bar.

Put on hold for future consideration.

Miki has a printout of a conceptual mock-up, if this is decided to be revisited.

To clarify the change: the change would be to introduce the standard filter on 
the left hand side of the product list on the Producer Stall and Producer 
Product pages.

The filter may only included product-specific filters (i.e. state, region and 
markets filter removed or collapsed).

Will close this as we seem to be ok without adding a filter on the Producer 
Product page.  Will raise a new issue if anything comes up in the future.
