Product Detail page - ingredients

1. What is the "final" decision about whether we make ingredients mandatory or 
not, and whether we always display the heading (with "N/A" if required) or not?

2. Currently, if you list ingredients one item per line as in:

Apples
Vanilla
Sugar
Water
Pectin

This will be displayed as 

Apples Vanilla Sugar Water Pectin

This can be confusing as to whether it's "vanilla sugar" or vanilla and sugar 
(separate items), and will also make it harder to read if we add things like 
"90% water"

Should we be able to format the text (editor), or have listed items separated 
by commas (if not already formatted that way by the producer), or provide more 
instructions to the user?

Ingredients is mandatory already on the Add and Edit Product pages and should 
stay mandatory.

Re (1): whatever Mon decides is fine by me - keep or remove the 'N/A' checkbox.

Re (2) - log this separately as a low issue.  My feeling is that we should log 
this simply to recognise a line return when displaying on the product detail 
page.
