Producer Detail - background image #463

Because some of the producers have already submitted background images that 
have been cropped at upload, and we don't have the original images, we can't 
change the sizes to match the new sizes required without getting the producers 
to upload again.  Because the previous image dimensions were larger, the other 
page elements get pushed down.

Where we have images previously AND they are of larger sizes than the new 
display size, can we crop the images on display rather than (or as well as) on 
upload?  Is this possible to do?

actually, previous background images were not cropped at all.

images are cropped after cropped was introduced (few days ago)

Larger backgrounds don't push down any elements, since they are backgrounds, 
not block elements - here is an example -

We can resample the images but we can't fit it in to this release.

Roy: the question remains - are we able to do a crop of an image ON DISPLAY as 
well as on upload?  That would fix images that have been previously uploaded 
that are now too big for the display area.

we will resample all the images and crop them at 567px from the top.

That works fitting it in -- we'll just need to make sure producers review their 
backgrounds if they already had one.
