Hope Farm can't access C&S #63

Hi Rob, 

As discussed Hope Farm reported he can't use the new C&S.  It hangs after 
login, top right says he is logged in, screen greys out and hourglass keeps 
running. He has tried it on both IE8 and firefox.  

(This is exactly what happens on my machine with IE8)

This is why he didn’t send his last order through C&S and went to the post 
office. 

Can we look into this please…..

No as it is an external customer  we raise a ticket on Neopost via the help desk

Help Desk – please raise a ticket as normal process

Hi Terry and Peter,

This looks to be the same symptoms as Remedy HD0000002290349 and 
HD0000002266630 – reported in test.

Should I log a new remedy now that this is affecting our customers?

I have just spoken to Ric Nicolson from Hope Farm this morning and happy to 
report he can now transact on Click and Send V2 site – using his Firefox 
browser.

I tried calling the customer on the details below. I spoke to a lady who 
advised that Ric was “Currently baking” – I have provided them my mobile 
number and requested them to call me when they are free.

Apparently, Ric will be “Baking” to about 8pm tonight, so I not expecting a 
call until Monday.

Hi Peter,

Monique is way, so I think it best that you contact Hope Farm Bakery directly 
and try and gather up all the information you need.

I’m not sure who registered with click and send, but their C&S user name is 
“hopefarm” – just look up their details in C&S to contact them.

If you don’t have any joy looking them up in C&S, these are the contact 
details we have in FHD:
