RTF preview of a reference is sometimes very messy #178

Because the RTF can be pasted into the title fields from any arbitrary 
application, it can include formatting that is not relevant to its use in 
references

Fields that include RTF are stripped of all but a few RTF formatting keywords 
before being inserted into the RTF preview. Included keywords are /b /i /u and 
/strike
