Changing Change Combination status does not get reflected in Taxon explorer #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a taxon name or details
2. Check/Uncheck changed combination 
3. Monitor taxon explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected name label to change to indicate change combination flag

No change occurs until tree is refreshed
