Need a way to delete material for taxa #224

There is no way currently to easily delete material for a taxon

Material can now be delete under the "Material Set" menu items on the tabular 
report view. This means material returned in reports or query tool results can 
be selected and deleted. If 0-1 items are selected in the table, every item 
will be considered selected. if 2 or more items are selected, only the selected 
items are deleted.
