/votemap is basically an automated shortcut to /vote. While I can think of lots
of ways to use a custom /vote system, I think the most productive application
will be in changing the level when people get bored or frustrated. The command
would work like this: Input /votemap, then type the name of a level (use
tab-complete just like in /map). A vote for this level would then appear at the
top of the screen. The mechanics are the same as above: people vote, results
returned, except this time if the vote passes the level is automatically
accepted and changed.
The functionality for /votemap already exists: if you try to change the level
as a non-admin a vote will appear to approve or deny the request. So /votemap
just extends that functionality to an admin.
