Alow Privite chat into a locked room. #493

Hey this is amgine something i was thinking about that I think is a issue.

Often there are people online but they are in a locked room  and i want to join 
them problem is there is no way to chat with them chatting currently is only 1 
way into the lobby.

Can we maybe have a player list that is always up but instead shows  and shows 
status ? (playing on this server..... in lobby editing in options ect.) 

ON top of that can we make a way to message people in rooms ?

Marking as WontFix for now.  If the game gets large enough to warrant the 
effort to build a full-fledged chatroom system, we can revisit.
