newest version PlayPcmWin416x64en.zip always crash #117

when i upgrade from version 14 to 16, it always crashes. When i return to v14, 
it is ok

Sorry for your inconvenience.

I've recognized this problem and fixed on 4.0.17. ( revision 2769 )
If you'd like to use 4.0.16 no matter what, uninstall 4.0.16 and install 4.0.16 
to fix.

Root cause of this crash is as follows:
1. I forgot to update version number of the DLL file which function signatures 
are modified.
2. PlayPcmWin installer does not update DLL file because version number is not 
changed.
3 DLL Function signature inconsistency happens and crashed.
