Need to reset ftp migration tool

Where in the process did you encounter an error?

I accidentally clicked past the "Publish to New URL" section without
specifying my new custom domain and cannot go back to that step.  I need to
restart the migration process.

I'll need the URL of the original FTP blog if you still want to reset the 
status. This

The original blog is at http://www.grafikaprint.com/biiiblogindex.html.  But I
believe that my blogger configuration was to publish to ftp://63.86.16.38 with 
the
appropriate username and password.

I hope that is what you are looking for.  Please let me know if you require
additional information.
