stuck on "Redirect FTP blog" #361

Where in the process did you encounter an error?
"Redirect FTP blog"

Describe the error:
It's been 24hours since I started this step and as far as I can tell none 
of the canonical or meta refresh tags have been added to the pages in the 
ftp location. I think it's stuck. It just keeps saying "Updating FTP 
pages..." and I haven't gotten an email yet saying it's completed. 

When I try to download the blog manually using the url I found in a 
different but related post I get the .zip file but I get an error 
extracting it. 

Please advise.

One way to verify is to visit the old blog, view source on the HTML of the home 
page or 
a random blog post. If you see "rel=canonical" in the page and meta refresh in 
the 
page, you're done. You can ignore the FTP migration tool status message.

You can also re-download your ZIP file if you want:

http://www.blogger.com/export-as-zip.g?blogID=xxxxxx
