Where in the process did you encounter an error?

I don't control the DNS to my blog (it is being controlled by an absent
administrator) and when I started the migration I realized that I need to
make some changes to the registration. So now I am half-way through
migration and unable to set up the new blog. Also, I'm unable to make
changes to the the old website (http://www.scottcarneyonline.com/blog)
because the migration was only half complete. The error has taken me
effectively offline.  I'd like to be able to go back to the old FTP process
for a few more days while I sort out the issues, but can't seem to change
the URL.   Anyone who can offer help please e-mail me at sgcarney@gmail.com
