BatchMaker: Setup, required headers can cause issues #128

If you configure the column "Always display" in Setup, AddressHeaders, on a 
header that is imported it can cause issues where that data is not imported.

This is because we create a whitelist for the values that have been set to 
"yes". That whitelist is then bypassed when importing the data.
