BM: Country Column (List available ISO Codes) #1 #149

Similar to Issue 148

The code should look at the Zip code and determine if it is a US or CA zip code 
then fill in the appropriate code in the Country Column.

This could then be expanded to other countries.

Option #2 should be available since we won't have the ability to find all 
countries in the beginning
