Update the Batch file to export an 'installable' setup file, using the NSIS 
script.

Let the EA DB live in the Database folder, but copy it out into the main folder 
when creating an installer file.

The config file will eventually go away so we don't need to worry too much 
about that.

When creating an installer, the current batch options should suffice.
