Enhancement Request: Paypal auto return to site! #301

We're still seeing an issue with payments not recorded because users are not 
clicking the link to return to the website after making a paypal payment.

This adds an additional level of work that needs to be done to go through our 
paypal records and manually align payments with the BCOEM system.

In my interactions with other sites that use paypal as a merchant system, I 
have regularly seen that they automatically return to the merchant site. The 
info from paypal is here: 
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/mer/express_return_summary-outside

Can this functionality be an option in the BCOEM system?

Unfortunately, the answer is "not very easily" - see Issue 297.
