Entry Counts By Style needs option for Sub-Categories #402

The View Entry Counts By Style option only shows top-level categories, not 
subcategories. It would be much more useful (in regards to starting to think 
about table breakdowns and judge assignments) to show subcategories as well, as 
many competitions break out subcategories into their own judging tables.
