pdf and html links to BOS and Category winners on the home page of version 1.3.x #426

Hi Geoff, 

In the older 1.2.1.2 version a pdf/html report link is included dynamically 
above the winner list for BOS and category winners.  In the newer 1.3.x version 
we are using the links do not appear (nor do the logos for sponsors).  

I provided the following suggestion re: sponsors: 

In Administration Preferences (initial setup) check the Sponsor area at the 
bottom to see if display of sponsors and logos is set to Yes."

How can we get the pdf links to be included?

pdf/html report links included with BOS Winners and Winning Entries on the home 
page following the end of the judging.   

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0.3?  on AWS platform (Linux?)
