Ability to Add Shirt Size During Registration #432

We would like to have the ability for judges, stewards and entrants to select 
shirt sizes when they register. We design and give out shirts to all volunteers 
and winners and it would be a nice enhancement to know what sizes to order for 
planning purposes.
