Enhancement: When archiving, reset some details of the competition #436

When archiving the competition, many details are copied forward instead of 
being reset, including competition date and time, drop sites, etc.

These details often change year to year, and should be blank-slated. Perhaps 
the new competition configuration should be triggered or an option when 
archiving.

After archiving, there's a prompt to update date in the competition information 
screen and judging locations and dates. The next version will have a more 
prominent callout. See attached screenshot...
