Not all entries on large pages get marked as paid/received #445

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create competition with several hundred entries (in my case, 800)
2. Change preferences to display 800 records per page
3. Mark various entries as paid/received and submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: all entries to be updated
Behavior: any entries below the 350th or so (did not pinpoint exact number) do 
not get updated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0.4
