Sleep of death :)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No reboots for longer time
2. Leave phone in sleep for longer time
3. No idea what else is important

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sweep2wake or at least power button wake up is expected. Phone does not react 
to anything even charging or USB connection to PC.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC One X - German T-Mobile addition. Leedroid 6.2.0

pressing the power button 5-10 times fast lets it wake up. I am searching for a 
solution.
