Thermalguard resets max freq

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using System Tuner to set max frequency.
2. Wait a while.
3. Max frequency has gone back to 1566 MHz

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is max frequency I selected, just keeps going back to 1566 MHz, 
no reboots or anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4 on DarkForest 7.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
ONLY max freq is changing itself, I can set min freq to whatever I want and it 
never changes.

This is already fixed in my local repo, and will be in the next version for 
everybody.
