What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Black screen of death

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Nexus 7 
stock 4.2.1 with Bricked_n7_v0.58 AOSP

Please provide any additional information below.
Been running fine since this issue like your work:-)

This error is usually connected to a frequency or voltage incompatibility. eg: 
51Mhz min clock or too much under-volting.
