Radio disabled (no signal) after flashing kernel #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed Elegancia ROM GB 1.4.5
2.Installed Crt animation, elegancia theme, no network name patch on lockscreen
3.Installed Bricked_XE-aosp-1.6-ondmnd-1536-192.show-p1984.zip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Working radio signal (operator network)
Instead when dial *#*#4636#*#* -> phone info: I see
GSM service: Radio disabled
then
GSM service: Only emergency calls
then
GSM service: Radio disabled
and this goes round.
Below button "Turn on radio" changes every second to "Turn off radio"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bricked_XE-aosp-1.6-ondmnd-1536-192.show-p1984.zip on Elegancia 1.4.5 ROM 
Gingerbread. HTC Sensation

This is a Sense rom. Use a SENSE kernel.
