maxHitPoints wrong on buildings #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. print unit->getType().maxHitPoints() for a building, e.g. command center

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: 256*in game value
actual: much larger

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3 vista
