Hacker list #100

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest ver. WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.

Why BWHF doesn't keep hacker list anywhere ? hackers that I detected are not 
listed in hacker list cache, so after they join my games later on - they are 
seen as "clean" by BWHF

You can read that the BWHF central database server has been shut down more than 
a years ago.

I know that. I was asking about keeping a hacker list OFFLINE in a file locally

BWHF doesn't keep hacker list offline because this is not implemented.
(Although if you keep a custom list manually it will be used.)
