Cutscenes are not viewable in cooperative mode #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the game
2. Wait for the first cutscene

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the cutscenes in all of their glory. Instead, it just skips them,
regardless of whether g_skipcutscenes is 1 or 0.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9, Linux x86 (x86-64 kernel, 32 bit runtime).

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure how out of the date the info is on the google code site but many
options from earlier versions seemed to have been removed. The option to not
skip cutscenes seems to be a missing option from previous menu screens
(according to the screenshot). For somebody who hasn't played this game all
the way through the cut scenes add some context and story-line (with what
little Id provides, anyway).

Bug tracker also refers to a "single player" binary that doesn't skip
cutscenes, but none seem to be distributed on the download page. The id
binaries themselves do not seem to work properly with x86-64 with x86 libc
packages, so this would be nice.

sorry, the wiki page isn't up to date, but yes, we deleted the option to play
cutscenese very recently, they break a lot of things in the game, easiest way
for now was to skip them always
