Wrong ip resolve.

Hey. Nice project u have there.
For sure i have problem with ip external ip
with internal connect to server is everything ok.
But when i want to connect to server through internet, i just cant connect. I 
checked antivirus i am sure its 100% ok, checked router, port is opened. but 
when i check if its possible to connect to server through the port check tool: 
http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

it says that port is "closed" but its not closed its just cant connect to 
server.

Does this means that its connected to my server ip or its my server ip?
78.47.152.4 resolved to 78.47.152.4:27950

by the way what is the port for server?

Ps. 78.47.152.4 resolved to 78.47.152.4:27950 is not my ip.

Hello, sorry for the late answer, that ip address is the ip of the master server
27950 is the portnumber for the serverbrowser and a server uses the default 
port 27960
