Game crashes after death #38

After each death the game seems to crash. I'm using a laptop with some regular 
Intel graphics card. Other laptop has the same problem, while 3rd laptop, which 
is connected to a normal screen, doesn't crash. Could it be related to having a 
laptop screen? Is there any way to fix it?

its not connected to a laptop screen, some people have reported this before, I 
wish I knew how to reproduce this

can you tell me what the value of the r_greyscale cvar is ?

I just discovered something which may causing this issue, might be fixed in the 
next release !

The cvar is 0, default. And really excited for it!
